SEE WHY STUMP PASS IS A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND THE DAY
RAMP
The ramp is clean and well maintained and has four lanes. The ramp angle is shallow for minimal strain on your truck however, that same angle may cause you to edge closer to the water during launching and retrieving. It’s worth mentioning that because of the position of the ramp, a strong northwest wind can make the conditions choppy.
PARKING
The parking lot is hard-packed sand and consists of 36 parking spaces for vehicles with trailers. It’s a little tight (even when not full) so be aware and park accordingly. There is no cost to park and there are streetlights to assist you when you return after sunset.
