MAKING IT LOOK GOOD

One of the most common problems of old boats is hull oxidation or a dull appearance.  Often, just a little effort can make a big difference.  Typically, that consists of compounding, finishing and waxing (among other things).  This video will show you how I’ve always detailed my boats.  The boat in the video is a 1986 Boston Whaler Montauk 17, one of the best boats ever made.  Considering how old it is, the boat is still in great shape.  That’s a testament to how it’s been maintained throughout its life.
